Wildcard Characters When you enter a query into the search box, you can use * and ? as
wildcards. Using * tells the search engine to replace it with any number of
characters, so 'loc*' will return hits for lock, locks, loctite etc. Using ?
tells the search engine to replace it with any one character, this means that
'lo?k?' will return hits for lock, look etc.
Double Quotes Enclosing more than one word in double quotes ("head gasket") will search
for that exact phrase.
